FAQ

How much does a MusicHub subscription cost?

5 €/month or 48 €/year (20% cheaper). With the MusicHub subscription you can release unlimited music on Spotify as well as all major streaming, download and social media platforms and much more. Find out more about the benefits of a MusicHub subscription here.

Which audience can I reach on Spotify?

By releasing your music on Spotify, you can reach one of the world's largest groups of music streamers. More than 500 million music lovers of all genres use the Spotify app every day.

How long does it take for my music to go live on Spotify?

After you have submitted your release via MusicHub, your music will be live on Spotify & Co. at the earliest two weeks later (if there are no errors or complaints). The interim period is perfect for promotional measures, especially playlist pitching via the Spotify for Artists app, as there are fixed lead times ("deadlines") for this.

How quickly does Spotify pay out revenue for my music?

Although we will make sure that you receive your money as quickly as possible, we still have to wait for the payments from Spotify. Normally, income from streaming services and stores is paid out with a delay of two months. So if you release your music on Spotify in January, for example, you will receive your first payment in March.

What happens if I cancel my MusicHub subscription?

You can cancel your MusicHub subscription at any time. Your account will be switched to a free account after the subscription period has expired. Without a subscription, you will not be able to publish new releases and will no longer receive detailed statistics, for example. Please note that your live releases will also be removed from the platforms at the end of your current billing period. You will only be able to withdraw your remaining balance in your Royalties Dashboard. A MusicHub subscription is required to be able to use MusicHub to its full extent again.
